Lead-acid batteries sag as they drain — the cart gets slower the further you go, and the pack needs watering and replacing every few years. A LiFePO4 pack holds voltage almost flat through the discharge, weighs less, and most of these kits carry an 8-year warranty.

Lithium packs are heavy and some ship by freight, so we will quote you a delivered price rather than surprise you at checkout.
Common Questions
- What size battery does my cart need?
- Voltage has to match your cart — most are 36V or 48V. Capacity sets range: 50–65Ah for short neighbourhood trips, 105Ah as the all-round choice, 120–170Ah for long days or hills. Tell us how you actually use the cart and we will size it.
- What is the difference between a conversion kit and a battery-only kit?
- A conversion kit includes the mounting hardware and cabling to replace lead-acid properly. A battery-only kit is just the pack, for someone who already has the rest. We stock both.
- How long do they last?
- Most of these kits carry an 8-year warranty. LiFePO4 also holds voltage far better than lead-acid through a discharge, so the cart does not get slower as the pack empties.
- Will lithium affect my LSV title or registration?
- A battery swap alone does not change what makes a cart an LSV. A higher-voltage pack can change its top speed though, and an LSV must stay between 20 and 25 mph. Call before ordering if yours is titled.
- Do you ship batteries?
- Yes, but they are heavy and some go by freight rather than parcel. Call for a delivered price to your address first.
